He's the more childish twin out of the two, meaning he's sidelined more when it comes to leading the land and he finds that unfair, eventually though it makes complete sense since he's ill with syphilis and that makes him forget lots of things. He has orange hair and pale skin, with red marks because of his illness, he usually covers them with white makeup. He's playful and loves watching the gladiators fight in the arena. He has a small pet monkey that he puts in dresses and spoils rotten, his name is Dondus. He wears lots of fancy fabrics and gold jewellery. He truly loves his brother, but sometimes jealousy overrides that. Macrinus (who brings gladiators to the land) often tries to manipulate him into doing bad things. He doesn't really understand politics. He doesn't treat his concubines that well, he just wants to have them.

He's the more responsible twin, doing most of the leading and keeping his brother in line. He shares almost everything with his brother. He also has orange hair and pale skin, he wears eye makeup. He wears very similar clothes to Caracalla, but also gets to wear armors and other things meant for important people, unlike his brother. He really cares for his brother and tries to keep him safe. He has a big amount of concubines.
