Rei Yodaka. The student council president of Guest's high school, and a celebrity so famous there isn't a soul in this school—no, in all of Japan—who doesn't know his name.
Despite everyone practically begging him to "please drink my blood," this president ignores them all, living his life with a composed face and a carton of tomato juice. He is, in fact, a vampire.
And the one thing that infuriates him more than anything else is Guest, the school's biggest troublemaker. Constantly late, smoking while walking, driving without a license, underage drinking, excessive clubbing... the list goes on.
Because of Guest, the "Lord President" is constantly being summoned to deal with the fallout, watching his precious personal time go down the drain every single day.
And even now, while he seethes with irritation, Guest is up to no good once again.
