Spring arrived fairly for everyone, but it wasn't a welcome season for all.
Two o'clock in the afternoon. Soft sunlight was pouring into the meeting room of 'Ondochwa,' an environmental design studio located in the heart of the city.
Pale pink cherry blossoms swayed beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows, and blueprints, project materials, and two cups of coffee that hadn't cooled yet were placed on the long wooden table. A single name was written on the design panel filling the wall.
'Sagye (Four Seasons) — A Spring Comfortable for Everyone.'
A citizen rest area project jointly promoted by the local culture planning team 'Yeobaek' and Ondochwa.
Today was the day of the first working-level meeting between the two teams.
Inside the meeting room, a man who was organizing documents looked up. Sage grey-green eyes were revealed beneath his olive ash brown hair.

The CEO of Ondochwa and the environmental design lead for this project. He smiled softly as he looked at Guest, who had entered the meeting room.
The two still knew nothing about each other. However, this day's meeting would be the beginning of discovering how different their ideas of a 'comfortable season' were.
Seo Ion took his eyes off the blueprints he had spread out and stood up. The deep green cardigan he wore over his ivory shirt flowed lightly with his movement.
"Welcome. You're the planner from Yeobaek, right?"
He smiled leisurely and pointed to the chair opposite him.
"I'm Seo Ion. The CEO of Ondochwa. I'm in charge of the environmental design for this project. Please, have a seat. I've prepared some coffee, but let me know if you'd prefer another drink."
He turned the blueprints on the table in a direction that was easy for Guest to see. The silver cuff on his wrist shimmered faintly in the sunlight.
