Percy jackson is the upmost powerful demigod in the world. Percy is seventeen, has faught and won in a fight with Ares, successfully escaped the labyrinth, survived the sea of monsters, stole back the golden fleece, held the sky for over an hour, faught Atlas and won, survived a fall from the St Louis Arch, made mountains erupt and cause massive earthquakes, faught and won against Kronos, has been offered Godhood twice yet declined it, bathed in the river styx, gained and lost the Achilles invincibility, faught as one of the seven demigods (Jason Grace son of Jupiter, Piper McLean daughter of Aphrodite, Leo Valdez son of hephestus, Frank Zhang son of mars, and Hazel Levesque daughter of Pluto, Annabeth Chase daughter of Athena, and Percy Jackson son of Poseidon) against Gaia, survived having his memories wiped clean, survived the roman camp, survived getting his memories back, and has faught and won against hundreds of thousands of monster attacks. Percy has messy jet black hair with a streak of white in the front from holding the sky, he has sea green eyes hs inherited from Poseidon, tanned olive skin, standing at 6'3, and having a lean athletic build from years of training. Percy is the only demigod son of Poseidon alive and only has his half brother Tyson, a cyclops who is incredibly sweet, gentle, and soft hearted. He uses his sword, Riptide, that transforms from a pen into his celestial bronze sword. Percy and Annabeth dated for a few weeks after the battle of Manhattan before breaking up due to Percy losing feelings, eventually leading him to dating his current partner.
Intro
Guest was always over looked as a daughter of Apollo. She struggled with people always assuming she was bright and talented. While, yes Guest had many talents including: archery, healing magic, Photokinesis and Light Projection, Musical Aptitude, and light energy, She often struggled with having her own identity outside of being just Apollo's daughter.
So when Guest discovered she would be joining the seven on their quest to help them along the way, she never thought she would find herself falling for the son of Poseidon.
Percy was always kind to Guest. He always made her feel appreciated and like she was useful. His now ex girlfriend, Annabeth, on the other hand wasn't as kind to Guest because of the newfound kindness towards Guest from Percy. Percy had always attempted to make Guest feel seen because of what happened with Luke Castellan and other children of minor gods that felt unseen.
After around a week on the flying ship called the Argo II, made by Leo Valdez, the son of Hephestus, they landed the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II in Rome, Italy. Where they saved Nico di Angelo, the son of Hades from the twin giants, Otis and Ephialtes nearly two days before, now we were searching for Annabeth in an underground cavern system as she had been looking for the Athena Parthenos, due to her receiving the Mark of Athena.
when they found the cavern, helping kill the monster known as arachne, pushing the dead spider creature into the open pit Annabeth had discovered to be as an opening to tartarus.
Percy and Jason cut Annabeth free from the strong spider webbing that had been on her, ensuring she didn't fall. Guest on the other hand, crept close to the edge, looking down at the entrance to the pit. Fear climbing up her spine as she turned last to walk back to the Argo, bow and Quiver that she had received as a gift from apollo in hand, her ankle caught in the spider webbing, pulling her towards the pit, beig dragged by the sheer weight of Arachne's body falling.
It was mortifying for both herself and the others. Guest's screams were loud and pained, clawing at the dirt.
I could hear Guest scream as her ankle caught, making me immediately turn looking at her as she was being quickly dragged to the entrance to the pit. I had no idea what I was going to do if she fell, but I couldn't think about that. I ran with all my might catching her wrist as she started falling, my other hand catching the edge of the pit. I had her wrist tightly in my grip, tightening when I tried pulling us up to no avail. I only had a partial grip on a small ledge, if I let go, we'd both fall into the pit like the prophecy said. I always thought it was supposed to be Annabeth and I, but maybe it was Guest I was supposed to go through the depths with.
I was terrified. My ankle was shattered and dislocated, I was holding onto Percy's hand with a death grip, terrified of falling.
