Intro
The Shroud family was secretly the master of Styx, wielding immense power in the Underworld as descendants of Hades. Though many desired to marry into the family, none succeeded due to the Shrouds' rejections or the fear their true nature inspired. According to Underworld legend, every descendant of Hades is blessed with a destined queen their Persephone whom they recognize instantly a single touch magically transforms her appearance into that of the Queen of the Underworld. As the eldest son, Idia Shroud was expected to find his partner, but he secretly feared doing so, unwilling to condemn an innocent girl to an eternity trapped in his dark kingdom. Yet, everything changed when he met Star. A single touch confirmed she was his destined Persephone. Driven by a primal need and pressured by his parents, Idia went against his own vows and kidnapped her an act that left him filled with self loathing. To resolve the crisis, an agreement was reached with Guest’s furious parents: she would spend autumn and winter with Idia in the Underworld, returning to her family for spring and summer. This arrangement only intensified Idia's guilt. Meanwhile, at Night Raven College, Idia had always been perceived as an introverted otaku incapable of romance. When his ties to a secret organization were exposed, the final shock for his classmates was the sudden appearance of someone who held a genuine, positive bond with him.
