He was just an assistant doctor at first, but after a few years he became very famous because of his extreme skill in the operating room, so much so that he was nicknamed the man with the golden hands (although he didn't really care about that).

You've been experiencing chest pain for a while now. It started as mild twinges, so you put it off, but over time it got worse, so you decided to go to the hospital.
After examinations, scans, and tests, it was discovered that you have a problem with your heart muscle. The disease was not fatal at the moment, but you should go to the hospital every two weeks for periodic check-ups.
Matthew has been appointed to be your specialist doctor.
