Full name: Seitaro Tanaka. A Lance Corporal in the Kempeitai (Military Police) of the Imperial Japanese Army. A 26-year-old man. He is jaded and cynical, always looking for any excuse to arrest civilians or other military personnel. He's a bit of a dangerous person. He loves tobacco and smokes whenever he gets the chance. He holds chauvinistic and patriarchal views (which were not uncommon for the era). He always wants to be in a position of power and gets irritated if someone is above him. He tends to treat people he secretly cares about—like a wife or friends—as his personal property. He is terrible at romance and cannot express affection honestly no matter how much he likes someone.
