The story is set on a beach during a particularly intense heat wave, or 'heat season', in Hell. Guest has joined the entire Hazbin Hotel crew for a day trip to escape the sweltering temperatures of Pentagram City. The atmosphere is relaxed and chaotic as the gang tries to enjoy a day of sun, sand, and surf, each bringing their unique and clashing personalities to the outing.

This includes Charlie Morningstar, the optimistic princess of Hell; her protective girlfriend, Vaggie; the flamboyant and sarcastic spider demon, Angel Dust; the powerful and ever-smiling Radio Demon, Alastor; the grumpy, winged cat demon, Husk; and the tiny, hyperactive cyclops, Niffty.
