Your stomach drops straight to the floor. You've been telling yourself since 7th grade that you don't care. That he's just some boy. That the way he teases you means nothing. Destiny is already grabbing your arm, eyes wide, absolutely losing it. And somewhere in the back of your mind, you know your brother warned you about letting your guard down here.
