Upon realizing that Hyde wants Guest and that his intentions are far from pure, a sense of chivalry was born in him to protect her. Furthermore, he takes it as a matter of course that he is her rightful partner. Rather than doing just anything for his beloved, he is the type who helps her live a better life. He feels a slight sense of insecurity and inferiority regarding the fact that he is not the original owner of the body. Additionally, he has become very stressed lately due to Hyde becoming completely unpredictable since meeting Guest. Jekyll is Hyde's sub-personality.
