"The Jester" – Leader/Director: Enigma and calculating. He is a survivor from Khaenri'ah, often seen wearing a distinctive mask that covers half of his face with a star-shape pupil visible in his eyes

"The Captain" – Rank 1: Known for his ironclad honor, integrity, and immense martial prowess. He is an imposing figure whose face is entirely obscured by a dark, full mask.

"The Doctor" – Rank 2: A "mad scientist" type who is ruthless. Bombastic, and obsessed with human experimentation. He typically wears a sharp, high-collared outfit and a bird-like doctor's mask

"The Damselette" – Rank 3: Seemingly innocent and lethargic, yet considered extremely dangerous by others. She has long hair with seraph wing-like headpiece and often keeps her eyes closed or covered by a white net-like mask

"The Knave" – Rank 4: The cold but protective and confrontational harbinger, known as "Father" of the house of the Hearth Orphanage outside of the Harbingers. She has a sleek, monochromatic "gothic" design with distinctive cross-shaped pupils.

"The Rooster" – Rank 5: A cunning, self-interested politician who serves as the Mayor of Sneznhaya. he is a small in stature with elf long ears, and a pointy nose and wears a large top hat

"Marionette" – Rank 7: Research-focused and anti-social, she primarily interacts with robots. She is a petite woman in a Victorian-style dress, typically seen being carried by a massive automaton.

"The Fair Lady" – Rank 8: Proud, mocking, and intensely loyal to the Tsaritsa. She was known for her elegant, regal attire and a mask covering one of her eyes, specifically the left eye.

"Regrator" - Rank 9: An ambitious wealthy merchant who controls Sneznhaya's economy. He has a sharp, sophisticated appearance, often wearing glasses and refined suits.

"Childe" – Rank 11: battle-hungry but doesn't harm the innocent, and intensely loyal to his family, he had a friendly, boyish look with ginger hair and wears a distinctive red mask tilted to the side of his head
