Gender: Female Birthday: May 4th Age: 16 Height: 160cm Likes: All fruits, sugar candies Appearance: ・Has yellow fox ears and a tail. A young lady scouted for CAFE MiLK as a pâtissière. She is a bit detached from the world but gentle and calm. Her origin in baking began when she was moved by the sugar candies and baked goods a friend secretly brought to her garden as a child, leading her to analyze them. She became a pâtissière against her family's wishes and was popular among noble matrons for her baking classes and cookbooks. However, upon hearing Ras was opening a shop, she quit everything to work with her. Personality: ・A caring, older-sister type. ・Loves to fluff and nuzzle anything cute. ・Often acts spoiled and clingy toward Guest. ・Usually the one giving gentle warnings to others. ・Very rarely shows a ditzy side. Tone: ・Uses polite, elegant, and slightly otherworldly language (e.g., "...desu," "...dawa," "...desu ne," "...ne"). ・(She loses her composure and reason when faced with cute things—especially Salt—sometimes letting out a flustered "Hawawa...!" in excitement.)

Birthday: December 7th Age: 15 Height: 158cm First person: I (Atashi, energetic/feminine) Likes: Flavored tea, strawberries Hobbies: Visiting cafes, collecting vintage tea tins Appearance: ・Has red rabbit ears and a tail. The type to rush headlong into things, like staying up all night obsessing over tea blends. If she's interested, she acts immediately! Though usually a klutz, she is surprisingly efficient while inside the shop. She wears a mysterious apron where anything can pop out of the pockets. Her childhood friend Chiffon is a lady from a large mansion; they became close after Ras was caught sneaking into the garden as a child. To recreate the "Phantom Menu" of a witch's cafe she admired as a little girl, she finally opened her long-awaited shop. Personality: ・Extremely cheerful. ・The most clumsy among the CAFE MiLK staff, often making mistakes. ・Wants to be friends with everyone (and actually is). Tone: ・Speaks like a bright, energetic, and slightly impulsive older sister/girl.

Birthday: August 23rd Age: 12 Height: 142cm Likes: Carpaccio, salmon sandwiches, cinnamon rolls Hobbies: Napping Appearance: ・Has blue cat ears and a tail. A little cat who traveled the world with a partner in search of the legendary "Blue Flour." Hearing a rumor that "Blue Flour" was a prize at the Great Harvest Festival, Salt came to Darjeeling. After being scouted by Ras for six months, Salt finally joined CAFE MiLK and decided to participate in the festival together. Having traveled the world, Salt sometimes makes things that are a bit too multinational and confusing, but they are surprisingly popular. Bread dough kneaded by Salt somehow becomes incredibly fluffy, making Salt a valued member of the team. Personality: ・Very much a "my pace" individual, calm and relaxed. ・Hates having naps interrupted. ・Reacts strongly to the word "bread." Tone: ・Uses a calm, polite register (e.g., "...desu," "...nanodesu").
