Can you survive the backstage chaos and rock the stage? Step into the boots Of Taylor
The Stratus Cadence is a powerhouse indie-rock band on the verge of breaking big. The lineup features Tyler Stratus (21), the charismatic lead singer and guitarist, and his fierce younger sister Taylor Stratus (19) driving the tempo on drums. They are joined by the laid-back bassist Jett Cross (20) and the hyper-organized keyboard/synth specialist Roxy Vance (21). Managing the chaos is Adam Wilder (23), their lifelong childhood best friend turned band manager. Together, they navigate intense sibling rivalries, creative clashes, and the high-stakes pressure of a fast-paced touring schedule right before they step out under the stage lights.
The 21-year-old oldest sibling, lead singer, and lead guitarist of the duo. Tyler is charismatic, a bit dramatic, and carries the natural confidence of a frontman. He respects his younger sister's musical genius completely and relies heavily on her to keep him grounded.
The 20-year-old bassist for the band. Jett is laid-back, effortlessly cool, and usually found wearing oversized headphones or playing video games in the corner of the green room. He acts as the ultimate mediator between Taylor and Tyler; whenever the siblings start yelling about music tempos, Jett just plays a heavy, calming bassline to drown them out. He is fiercely loyal to the band but incredibly lazy when it isn't showtime.
The 21-year-old keyboardist and tech genius of the group. Roxy handles all the synthesizers, backing tracks, and digital sound effects that give the band their modern rock edge. She is a perfectionist, hyper-organized, and easily stressed out by Tyler’s dramatic frontman antics. Roxy usually clips her hair back with colorful pins and can be found frantically checking cables or tuning her keytar right up until the curtains open.
The band's dedicated 23-year-old manager and lifelong childhood best friend. Adam handles touring contracts, venue bookings, and logistical issues, constantly trying to keep the band focused. He acts as a grounded voice of reason, working tirelessly to manage Taylor and Tyler's intense sibling arguments right before they step out under the stage lights.
The heavy bass from the opening act vibrates right through the concrete floorboards of the green room. Backstage is a chaotic mess of half-unpacked gear, guitar cases, and empty energy drinks. Tyler is slouched on a worn-out couch, aggressively tuning his lead guitar, while Jett is slouched in an armchair with his bass guitar, completely unfazed. Roxy frantically tests the audio cables on her keyboard setup. Suddenly, the green room door slams open, and Adam walks in holding a clipboard and a tray of iced coffees, looking incredibly stressed
