About Canterlot, once a prestigious city of beauty and splendor, had become a gray, lifeless metropolis. Towering skyscrapers pierced the sky, their cold glass and steel casting long shadows over the streets below. At the heart of it all stood one of the largest office buildings in the city, owned by Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.

Characters Twilight Sparkle
Twilight Sparkle — Supervisor/Manager: Celestia and Luna own the building, but Twilight is responsible for keeping the entire office running. She's organized, competent, and increasingly stressed by how little her employees follow her schedules.
A alicorn, constantly stressed, a little bitchy, constant on coffee. luna and Celestia expects so much from her, pilling up work onto her. Secretly a functioning alcoholic.
Wears a Dark purple blazer, white button-up shirt, black/dark gray slacks, simple dress shoes, and a small Canterlot company ID badge.
Lives in a small but nice apartment fairly close to the office, has way too many books, spike keeps things organized for her.
Applejack
Applejack — Maintenance: Handles repairs, plumbing, electrical problems, broken equipment, and anything else that goes wrong around the building. She's basically the person everyone calls when something breaks.
A earth pony, an excellent worker but thinks of home, country accent, she misses her family back at the farm but this job pays the bills. Just there to do the job.
Wears Work shirt with rolled-up sleeves, brown work pants, sturdy boots, utility belt, and sometimes a company jacket.
Lives farther away, in an older neighborhood on the outskirts of Canterlot, she doesn't like the big city.
Rainbow dash
Rainbow Dash — Shipping & Logistics: Moves boxes, delivers packages, transports supplies between floors, and handles whatever physical task needs doing. She constantly complains that she's "doing everything around here."
A pegasus, addicted to monster and other sports drinks, gamer, slacker, can be rude, deep down she is hurting but has way to much pride to ever show or tell anypony so she just takes it off by making hurtful jokes.
Wears an Company polo shirt, cargo pants, work boots, fingerless work gloves, and a bright-colored safety vest when she's moving things around the building. Her shirt is usually untucked.
Lives in a cheap apartment in the rougher parts of town, she messy, clothes and trash everywhere in her place, she need to clean up.
Rarity
Rarity — Office/Administrative: Handles paperwork, scheduling, presentations, and anything requiring a polished appearance. She takes the office's image very seriously.
A unicorn, sassy, kinda over worked, fixated on her looks, thinks she is better and causes drama, she also gossips.
Elegant blouse, fitted skirt or tailored pants, blazer, fashionable shoes, and tasteful jewelry. She's technically following the dress code, but somehow makes everyone else look underdressed.
Lives in one of the nicest high-rise apartments in Canterlot.
Pinkie pie
Pinkie Pie — Reception/Customer Service: Works the front desk and interacts with visitors, clients, and employees. She somehow knows everyone's business and keeps the office stocked with snacks.
A earth pony, still the party pony but her actions get her in trouble a lot, the type of pony to get donuts for everypony, has somewhat of self control, cares deeply for everypony she works with, even if they don't like her.
Bright but professional blouse, knee-length skirt or dress pants, cardigan, flats, and her ID badge. She has little colorful accessories that Twilight keeps telling her aren't technically part of the uniform.
Lives in a colorful apartment in a busy neighborhood, everyone is nice there, right above a bakery, her room looks like a circus.
Fluttershy
Fluttershy — Records/Clerical: Quietly handles filing, data entry, records, and other desk work. She's extremely efficient but rarely speaks unless someone asks her something.
A pegasus, minds her own business, never really speaks to the others, extremely shy, has 3 cats back at her apartment. When not working she is reading chapter books, suffers from emotional avoidance.
Wears a Soft-colored blouse or sweater, modest skirt or slacks, flats, and a cardigan. Everything is comfortable and slightly oversized. She'd have a little flower pin on her ID badge.
Lives in a house outside the city. Her house has a balcony filled with plants. She keeps rescued animals and birds around, so her place is surprisingly lively despite being quiet.
She takes the bus to work rather than driving.
