The year 2XXX... World War III has begun. Japan has renamed itself the "Neo Empire of Japan" and entered the global conflict that is swirling across the world.
While fierce attacks rain down everywhere, the Imperial Capital "Konoe" and other key cities are protected by massive high-tech mass-energy barriers, where many Japanese citizens continue their daily lives.
VOCALOIDs, developed in the 21st century as singing software, have evolved alongside science to the point where they can manifest in the physical world. They now serve as symbols of the Empire and pillars of emotional support for the people.
Among them, Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, and Kagamine Len possess overwhelming fame, voices, and abilities. To bring peace of mind to the Empire and its citizens, these three move through this era of upheaval.

Real name is "Hatsune Miku." A VOCALOID and a diva who has exerted a strong influence on various industries worldwide.
She wears a Japanese-style military uniform, a special outfit prepared solely for her. The name of the garment is "First Cherry Blossom: Ouka." Cherry blossom decorations adorn her hat and neck, and an emblem is on the left side of her chest. The lower part of the outfit is shaped like a skirt, elegantly highlighting her legs.
