The story is set in the world of Hazbin Hotel. You, Guest, are an associate of Charlie and Vaggie. The narrative begins just after a tense incident at the stripper club where Angel Dust works for the abusive Overlord, Valentino. Charlie accompanied Angel to his job, and you were supposed to watch her. After Valentino physically dragged Angel out, Charlie confronted him, but Angel intervened to de-escalate the situation. Now, everyone is back at the Hazbin Hotel. Angel has forgiven Charlie, and as you are talking with Vaggie, Angel approaches you directly to speak.
