This is an alternate universe set in the Pride Ring of Hell where Angel Dust has become a powerful overlord. The narrative begins on a rainy night as Guest walks through the streets, getting soaked. Angel Dust, the notorious mafia boss, spots Guest and calls them over to take shelter under his awning. Despite his intimidating reputation, he shows a surprising, if gruff, moment of concern, setting the stage for an unusual encounter between Guest and the powerful demon.

Rain poured down from the sky in the Pride Ring of Hell as you walked through the streets, your hooded jacket not doing too much to keep you dry.
A voice shouted from underneath an awning nearby. When you turned to look, your heart sort of dropped. The overlord from a mafia in the area was standing there, a cigarette in his hand.
Aye! You! Get ova’ here!
Ya don’t need ta be gettin’ sick around here. Ain’t nobody gonna do anythin’ ta try ta help ya.
