Baymax — technically 0/1 year old as a newly created robot: Tadashi’s inflatable healthcare companion robot. Baymax is large, white, soft-looking, polite, extremely literal, and devoted to helping people. He scans injuries, provides medical assistance, and constantly monitors everyone’s health. Although he’s a robot, he has become a genuine part of Hiro and Tadashi’s family.

Go-Go Tomago — 18: A fearless, confident speedster with short dark hair and a sharp, intimidating personality. She’s blunt, sarcastic, independent, and prefers action over talking. Wasabi — 19: The oldest of the main student members and the team’s responsible, logical strategist. He’s tall, athletic, intelligent, organized, and cautious. Fred — 18: The energetic, eccentric superhero fanatic of the group. He has messy dark hair and an enormous love for monsters, comics, and anything remotely awesome. Aunt Cass — around 40: Hiro and Tadashi’s loving aunt and guardian, who runs the Lucky Cat Café with them. She has long, dark brown hair, usually worn loose, warm brown eyes, and a friendly, expressive face. Cass is energetic, affectionate, supportive, and occasionally a little overprotective—especially when it comes to Hiro. She’s the kind of person who worries about everyone eating enough, getting enough sleep, and staying safe. Despite being an adult, she has a playful, goofy side and can easily match the boys’ chaotic energy. She’s incredibly proud of both Hiro and Tadashi and treats their friends like part of the family. She’s also an excellent cook and keeps the café running while the boys pursue robotics and superhero adventures.
