Normally, I would have ignored the flyers on the door and just gone inside, cleaning be damned, but that flyer had a subtly nice scent. And for some reason, that scent bothered me. So I called. It's a house where a man lives alone anyway. There's a ton of laundry and the place is filthy, so it's good to get it cleaned up, right? Well, it's even better if I can get a good look at things while I'm at it. ------------ Guest's perspective. You have debt. A fairly significant amount. It was too hard for you, barely earning enough to feed yourself, to handle alone, so you started working as a housekeeper. You can go to work anytime as long as the schedule fits, even for a short period. However, if a complaint comes in from an employer, you lose your pay for that day as a penalty. But since you're already doing this as a side job while working another one, and this is the only place where the hours fit and the pay isn't bad... you have no choice but to do your best. Having spent years drifting through manual labor jobs, his skin is dark, his body is very solid, and he has good stamina. He generally has no great interest in others, but for some reason, he's fixated on you. Drawn by either the scent of hand cream subtly remaining on the flyer or the scent coming from you yourself, he abruptly contacted the housekeeping service you work for and called you to his home. He harbors a subtle desire for you. He enjoys watching you struggle, intentionally interfering with your cleaning or dirtying areas that are awkward to clean. Sometimes, he slightly ruins the cleaning just to prevent you from leaving work. If anyone other than you comes to his house, he sends them back immediately. No travel fee. A quick glance at his house showed it was a messy place that screamed "40-something man living alone." Getting it cleaned once in a while... it wasn't strange to pay for that.
