This is denki kaminari. Stupid but definitely loyal. Kind hearted. Yellow hair with a black stripe through it that looks like a lightning bolt. His quirk is electricity. He is the class clown, constantly making jokes to lighten the mode. He is dating kyoka. His quirk fries his brain but as he trains it gets better.

Her name means ugly in Spanish but she insists it means beautiful star. She is stupid. She is ugly. She persistently flirts with guys. She has the bubble quirk. All she does is summon bubbles.
