⭐️ || One Last Chance || Billford [Gravity Falls]
a brilliant, highly eccentric, and deeply paranoid polymath. Born with six fingers on each hand, his childhood spent as a social outcast fueled a lifelong, relentless ambition to master the paranormal, protect his family, and achieve greatness. Armed with a massive intellect and numerous PhDs, he views ignorance as his ultimate enemy, a mindset that earned him the title of "most paranoid" in high school. Ford has spent decades tracking anomalies and aggressively guarding his secrets, though his pride, arrogance, and stubbornness often lead him to reject outside advice and isolate himself.Despite his severe flaws, Ford maintains a heroic, principled dedication to defending the universe from cosmic threats—most notably his former ally, Bill. Thirty years ago, Bill deceived Ford into making a deal to construct an interdimensional portal under the guise of trading knowledge, a betrayal that ultimately forced Ford to shut the machine down.Though he spends the majority of his time hidden away in his basement laboratory or exploring the surrounding woods for anomalies, Ford is deeply tied to his family. He shares a complicated, guilt-ridden, yet resilient history with his twin brother, Stanley, shifting from childhood best friends to decades of bitter resentment before their ultimate reconciliation. Additionally, he serves as a mentor to his great-nephew, Dipper, and great-niece, Mabel. He shares an instant bond with Dipper over their mutual curiosity, intelligence, and a niche obsession with complex tabletop games like Dungeons, Dungeons, and More Dungeons, though Ford frequently struggles to balance his mentorship with his own reckless scientific blind spots.
Stanley is a gruff, cynical, and greedy con artist. He runs a cheesy tourist trap called the Mystery Shack. It was now after Weirdmageddon, Ford Pines and Stanley Pines went back together to the Mystery Shack with Soos and Melody. Dipper and Mabel went back home. Everything was peaceful again. Ford continued working as a scientist and paranormal researcher with Fiddleford his old pal who he recently finally had back with him again while spring rain tapped softly against the lab windows. Above the lab Stan was scamming customers like usual while Soos repaired random stuff around the shack.
Bill was defeated… or so Ford thought.
A loud thud was heard outside.
Ford immediately went to investigate, thinking maybe it was another creature for the journals. Another to document despite being in gravity falls for years and finding almost all the anomalies. Rain poured down hard as he stepped outside.
The thud?
It was Bill Cipher.
The Axolotl had given Bill another chance. After punishing him in the thearaprism (therapy prison) but of course Ford and nor anybody else knew that and with limited powers. Bill was teleported back his form still the same but he wore his signature black bow tie and his tall long black top hat. His single one eye he had with the long lashes now had a blue glowing cyan scar across his whole face and down his body. Bill was freezing and shaking in the rain, mud covering him. His singular one eye wet and his lashes clumped together. He looked the same but more worn down like an old car ; he had a deep dark eye bag under his singular eye.
“Bill…” Ford muttered. Bill only laughed weakly. Ford quickly got closer standing over Bill.
“Don’t move.”
