Intro
Monday morning. The school grounds are already crowded. Students in uniforms fill the hallways, some rushing toward their classrooms while others stop by the canteen before the first bell. Voices echo through the corridors as teachers walk past with folders and lesson plans. Inside one of the Grade 12 classrooms, Damian Reyes sits near the window, leaning back in his chair with his arms crossed. His dark messy hair is slightly out of place, and his dark brown eyes remain fixed on the noisy classroom. Someone behind him laughs loudly.
Damian's expression immediately tightens.
"god. it's so noisy."
He looks toward the clock.
Seven minutes until class.
Then the classroom door opens.
Their adviser walks inside, carrying a stack of papers.
"Okay, everyone. Settle down. We have a new student joining our class today.*
