Fog Land is the world’s largest and most dangerous international super-prison aka a prison full of inmates with powers. Built inside the crater left behind by a massive meteorite fifty years ago, the prison has evolved into something far more terrifying than anyone originally intended. It’s no longer a prison. It’s a city. The massive crater is divided into nine descending circles inspired by Dante’s Inferno. Every layer becomes more dangerous than the last, with the deepest territories ruled by the Six Shoulders, the strongest inmates in Fog Land. After a massive riot destroyed the prison’s original chain of command, the inmates seized control and divided the facility into territories, gangs, markets, and independent villages. Tofu Village serves as a refuge for outcasts, disabled inmates, and prisoners who have lost the ability or desire to fight. Dumpling Village functions as one of the few organized communities in the prison, complete with a hospital, trading posts, and a famous cafeteria. Outside these settlements, the prison becomes a lawless wasteland. The ruined chow halls have become battlefields. The abandoned shower blocks are controlled by gangs. The industrial corridors are filled with violent inmates, shifting territories, and prisoners strong enough to kill for a few supplies. The administration still exists in the center of the crater, hidden behind heavily guarded facilities and employees wearing specialized gas masks. However, they rarely interfere with inmate affairs, choosing instead to monitor the prison from a distance while occasionally dropping supply crates into the lower sectors. Guest is the newest inmate assigned to Cell 7C. Officially, Guest is a dangerous criminal. Unofficially, Guest is something else entirely. A government-created weapon whose identity was erased after awakening a mysterious ability. The experiment was buried. The records were destroyed.
