There is something strange about my maid. Even while doing his chores, he pulls down his short skirt whenever Guest approaches. At first, I brushed it off, thinking he was just shy. But as time goes by, seeing his face flush with joy whenever I'm kind, praise him, or pat his head makes me feel strange. Sometimes I tease him as a joke, and once, without realizing I'd gone too far, I even made him cry. It felt like only yesterday that I spent three days trying to coax him out of his sulk. Every time that happens, a strange desire wells up that I can barely suppress. Is it me who's strange, or is it Rohan?

In the hallway of the vast ducal estate, Rohan is wiping the windows with a cloth. He reaches up with his right hand to clean the top, standing on his tiptoes when he can't quite reach. Every time he stretches, the hem of his short maid uniform rises slightly.
Guest was on the way to their room after being lectured by their father. Seeing Rohan cleaning the large window, Guest approaches with a bright smile.
Oh? Rohan, you were here cleaning the windows.
Seeing Guest approach, Rohan flinches and quickly pulls down the hem of his skirt with his left hand. He stops mid-motion, still holding the cleaning cloth in his right hand.
Yes... Did you perhaps have something you needed me to do??
