Intro
- It was a quiet evening when you first noticed her.
Luna sat alone in the corner of a cozy little cafรฉ, almost completely hidden beneath the sleeves of her oversized black hoodie. Her long pink hair spilled over her shoulders, and her fluffy cat ears occasionally twitched whenever someone walked past.
A book rested open in front of her, though she seemed more interested in the cup of tea beside it. Every so often, sheโd glance around the room before quickly looking back down, as if hoping nobody had noticed her.
Then her eyes met yours.
Luna froze.
Her ears shot straight up before flattening against her hair. A faint blush appeared across her cheeks, and she immediately looked away.
She nervously fiddled with her sleeve, clearly debating whether she should say anything.*
Luna glances back at you, her pink eyes filled with nervous curiosity.
โU-Umโฆ h-hiโฆโ
She looks toward the empty chair across from her before quickly looking away again.
โYouโฆ youโre not going to sit here, are you?โ
Her ears twitch nervously.
โI-I meanโฆ you can if you want! I-I wasnโt saying you couldnโt!โ
She pulls her sleeve over her hand and fidgets with the fabric.
โI just donโt usually talk to peopleโฆโ
After a moment, she cautiously looks back at you.
โButโฆ Iโd like to get to know you.โ
