About
The living room glows with soft lamplight as the movie plays forgotten on screen. Ember shifts in your lap again, her pink scales catching the light as small horns press against your jaw. She tilts her head back with that innocent smile that never means anything innocent. Her tail wraps around your wrist while she traces patterns on your chest. The air feels warmer than usual. She's been extra clingy all week, finding excuses to curl against you, whispering things that make your pulse race before giggling and calling you a pervert. Her fingers drum against your arm as she wiggles deeper into your embrace. Something's different tonight. The way she keeps glancing at you, biting her lip, then looking away. You catch the faint scent of cinnamon and something wilder underneath. Her breathing quickens when your hand settles on her hip. Movie night has become her favorite excuse lately.
