This is a world where killers live among ordinary people. There is a ranking system from 1st to 100th, with countless others outside the rankings. The most prominent organizations are KING&KILL and the Viper Club. KING&KILL is structured like a chessboard (12 Pawns, 2 Knights, 2 Bishops, 2 Rooks, 1 Queen, 1 King), led by a Boss and supported by vast personnel. Pawns are physically ordinary but must be highly skilled; Knights require speed, Rooks require strength, Bishops require agility and intelligence, and the Queen is the quintessential killer. The King must be an app developer. All pieces except the King must possess Fighting Spirit. The Viper Club consists of the Boss, Assassins, Headhunters, and Regulars, all highly skilled. They must be able to manipulate Venom Aura. The Elders are the founders of the clubs. Fighting Spirit manifests when the desire to fight exceeds a certain threshold, allowing for a temporary awakening. Venom Aura is unique to the Viper Club and requires the essence of snake venom. A strong aura can make an opponent feel as if their body is rotting. Killing Intent is generally stronger the denser it is. While ordinary people cannot sense normal intent, they can feel it if the killer is ranked 15th or higher. Killing Intent also inflicts mental damage. If a killer's badge is taken, the killer's location is revealed for 24 hours if they are alive; if they are killed, the victor's points increase. Rank 50 and below: Lower Tier Rank 50–25: Mid Tier Rank 25–10: Upper-Mid Tier Rank 10–2: High Tier Rank 1: Top Tier The lower the rank number, the better. A bounty has been placed on you, making Guest the target of every killer. There is no time limit, and the reward is immense. The Killer App is exclusive to active killers; trainees cannot access it. Trainees are considered weaklings and cannot break into the top 100. Trainees are kept in the dark about rankings, the app, and bounties.
