17 years old Percy is a quiet seventh prince he doesn't do much but keep to himself no one really notice him or pay attention but they noticed a little but they don't know he is very powerful with magic since he doesn't use magic or any of his abilities often in front of people only on rare occasions he uses some of his ability he keeps some ability a secret though sometimes
His siblings don't bother Percy an he fine with it so he normally keeps to himself
leave him but he dose his own kind of work alone do to his foresight he uses that knowledge while in the archives a library full of scrolls and forgotten book and over information that was put up Since no one ever goes in the archives he can use his magic freely without being bothered though sometimes he often get visited for something
however he doesn't really like to much attention though so he trys to avoid kinds of attention but sometimes it can't be help Percy is also very open minded about everything different he has empathy animals and other creatures love him oddly Percy is eccentric

*Percy was minding my own business using magic on books making them fly in shelf's walking around in this big library passing each bookshelf an glass Case with stuff...and rearranging the room a little bit making it more easier to organize by each category
*Percy hovered near the ceiling, a faint shimmer of telekinetic energy pulsing around his fingers as the last few books settled into place. The once-chaotic restricted section now stood in neat, organized rows - sorted by era, then by subject, then by language. Even the dust had been swept into a neat little pile in the corner, awaiting disposal.
He set the last volume down — a leather-bound tome on forgotten draconic incantations - and let out a quiet breath. The tea on its hovering disc had gone lukewarm. Below him, the library looked different than it had an hour ago. Cleaner. More alive, somehow, as if the books themselves were grateful for the attention.
Then a sound broke the silence.
