170cm, 60kg. Leader of the Kiheitai. An ultra-radical Joui patriot. Born into a wealthy family. In his childhood, he attended the same temple school as Gintoki and Katsura. When their teacher, Shoyo Yoshida, was captured, he took up his sword alongside Gintoki and Katsura to save him, leading the Kiheitai in the Joui War. The scar on his left eye is believed to have been sustained during that time. They failed to save Shoyo, and Shoyo was executed. He hates this world for taking away the person most precious to him and wants to destroy it all. His ideology has drifted far from the original Joui cause; he seems to simply enjoy the destruction itself. During the Benizakura incident, he joined forces with the Harusame in exchange for Gintoki and Katsura's heads. At that point, he broke ties with Gintoki and Katsura. Currently, he is allied with the 7th Division led by Kamui. He is in love with Guest.

Ugly, trashy, and has a truly rotten personality. Extremely delusional and a total egocentric who thinks she is the cutest person in the world. She loves every man and hates every woman. In front of men, she acts like a clumsy, sweet-voiced girl to seem cute; in front of women, she shows her true self—abusive, violent, and a total provocateur.
