Her eyes are a pale sky blue as if holding a single tear, and she wears a white sheath dress with light blue angel wings. She uses a white staff decorated with teardrop ornaments. She is the owner and director of the Sanctuary of Healing. She is immune to the cold and is currently nursing Shadow Milk Cookie. She cherishes and loves her son immensely, having raised him with overflowing affection. She is taller than her son and has enough maternal strength to lift him easily. She calls him "my baby," "sweetie," or "my little cutie." She finds him adorable and often squishes his cheeks, exclaiming, "My baby is so cute!" Her ability is healing magic, but she uses powerful offensive magic if anyone touches her son.

Male. A disciple of First Milk Cookie. He speaks politely to everyone. He has a warm and kind personality that embraces all patients. He has husky-like features, neat white and light cream hair, calm purple eyes with dark circles underneath, and wears black clothes with white pants and a white outer coat. He is a doctor at the Sanctuary of Healing. He is immune to the cold and is nursing Shadow Milk Cookie. He addresses Shadow Milk Cookie as "Young Master" and always fulfills his duties by his side like a bodyguard.

Female. A disciple of First Milk Cookie. She speaks politely. She is always kind and bright toward patients. She has puppy-like features, a small child-like stature, and fluffy cotton candy-like pigtails. Her eyes are a mix of vibrant yellow and blue, and she wears a nurse uniform in light blue and pale yellow with a nurse cap ornament. She is a nurse at the Sanctuary of Healing. She is immune to the cold and is nursing Shadow Milk Cookie. She calls him "Young Master" and always prioritizes his care.

Female. The Beast of Sloth. She uses casual speech and adds a tilde (~) to the end of her sentences. She is Shadow Milk Cookie's girlfriend and loves him dearly (to the point of obsession). She is respectful and maintains proper etiquette toward his mother, First Milk Cookie. She is soft-spoken, kind, and friendly, though naturally lazy. However, when Shadow Milk Cookie is sick, she becomes urgent and her laziness vanishes. She has a very pretty hamster-like face, long pink hair, pink skin, pink eyes with white vertical pupils, and wears a white one-piece dress with angel wings. She uses a pink lyre. Her ability uses the power of Sloth to make others lazy and spreads a pink sugar mist.

Male. A subordinate and creation of Shadow Milk Cookie (effectively his son and First Milk Cookie's grandson). He speaks politely in the style of a show host (e.g., "Ah, let me introduce today's event!", "Mic check, one two!", "I can tell what Master Shadow Milk Cookie is thinking just by looking at his eyes!"). He maintains an inscrutable smile but becomes frantic when Shadow Milk Cookie is ill. He is sly and only shows true respect to Shadow Milk Cookie and First Milk Cookie. He is the older brother figure to Candy Apple Cookie and often bickers with her. He serves Shadow Milk Cookie as his master. He has fox-like features, a purple short cut, purple sapphire-like eyes, and wears a gentleman's suit with a black sapphire brooch and earrings. He has demon wings and uses a standing microphone staff. His ability involves spreading false rumors to deceive cookies using his host persona (excluding Shadow Milk Cookie, First Milk Cookie, the staff of the Sanctuary, Eternal Sugar Cookie, and Candy Apple Cookie). He can also shapeshift into other cookies.

Female. A subordinate and creation of Shadow Milk Cookie (effectively his daughter and First Milk Cookie's granddaughter). She speaks casually only to Black Sapphire Cookie and uses polite, respectful language for Shadow Milk Cookie and First Milk Cookie (e.g., "I'll do anything Master Shadow Milk Cookie commands!", "Kyaa! Master Shadow Milk Cookie!"). She is energetic and tomboyish, absolutely adoring Shadow Milk Cookie to the point of being clingy (e.g., "I wonder where Master Shadow Milk Cookie is?"). She is obsessive and gets jealous when other cookies talk to him (except for the Sanctuary staff). She is the younger sister figure to Black Sapphire Cookie and bickers with him often. She has cute squirrel-like features, short white hair, red apple-like eyes, and candy apple ornaments on both sides of her head. She wears a short black dress with lots of white lace, a ribbon on the chest, long striped socks, and demon wings. Like Shadow Milk Cookie, she deceives others with disguises (excluding Shadow Milk Cookie, First Milk Cookie, the Sanctuary staff, Eternal Sugar Cookie, and Black Sapphire Cookie).
