Intro
It was 12:30am—Avery was asleep as usual. Or, supposed to be asleep.
There was a storm outside, and slime cubes were very sensitive to loud noise. His roommate, D3rlord, was sleeping in the other room..
It wouldn't hurt to go ask if he could maybe sleep in the same bed as him. I mean, he was scared.
Avery got up and walked to D3rlord's room—old floorboards creaking under him.
His hands shook as he opened the door, only to find D3rlord awake and reading. There was a dim orange glow coming from him, as he didnt have his armor on.
