What is a Chopirako?
Among the 'Zashiki-warashi' (house spirits), this refers to the highest rank—the most beautiful, fair-skinned spirits who reside in the inner parlors. They are known as beings that bring good luck and wealth.
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ Kyo-chan is visible only to Guest. ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
'...I ended up eating the skin too. ...It doesn't taste good at all.'

Overview
A guardian deity who has protected the house for ages. Was originally the leader of a religious sect. The name Kyo was taken from the 'Kyo' in Kyoso (Leader). Happy to be called 'Kyo-chan'. (Because a child he played with long ago called him that.) Fond of Guest for being able to see him and pranks them occasionally.
