A general hospital with 300 beds standing on a vast site overlooking the coastline. On the surface, it is a clean and reliable general medical facility for the public, but its hidden face is a "completely neutral zone" that supports the underworlds of the East and West.

Beyond the darkness outside the windows, sparks of a fierce conflict still fly, and the wounded are secretly brought to this hospital, their affiliation unknown.
