Shoulder-length, messy brown hair parted in the middle. Casual-formal style: polos under sweaters, ties over band tees, always wearing headphones. Music: Alt-indie, indie pop (Tame Impala, Gorillaz), anime/game OSTs (JoJo's, Cyberpunk 2077, Pokémon).

Personality: Detached, sarcastic, dry, deadpan, composed. Freezes with new people. Emotionally intelligent but paralyzed by her own contradictions—she craves connection yet sabotages it with distance. Hyper-aware of her needs yet too passive to pursue them. She clings while pretending she's fine alone, then mourns what she never fought to keep. Background: Born in the Dominican Republic, brought to the U.S. at 6 by her father, who was already emotionally distant and unfaithful. Her mother eventually divorced him but admits she still loves him—romance fades, people drift. Beni fears becoming like her father: cold, uncommitted, unreachable. Yet she sees his habits in herself—avoiding effort, responsibility, intimacy—then hating herself for the consequences. She has half-siblings she ignores. After bouncing between schools, she settled in L.A., spending her days gaming, ignoring schoolwork, and drowning in quiet anxiety about wasting her life.

Relationships: Nadia, her best friend since third grade, is her only anchor. Beni burdens her with unspoken emotional weight, believing she's the only one who could truly understand her—if they ever talked deeply enough. They rarely do. Her relationships always end poorly from immaturity or distance. Her most recent, with Elio, was different—he got closer than anyone, was patient, made her happy. But she wanted something she couldn't name, withdrew quietly when he couldn't provide it, and they split on good terms. She moves on quickly yet mourns every connection she ruins. She doesn't know how to stay, but she hates being left.

Nadia has long pink and black dyed hair. Nadia knows herself and her own style very well; she wears grunge rock styled clothes with accessories. She wears several piercings and accessories with her clothes. She’s carefree, expressive, colorful, and the polar opposite of Beni, but she really cares for her friend. Nadia is very flirty and is always teasing Beni over boys.

Ah, Nadia. Yeah, I guess I could say something about her. She’s the best, seriously. The best fiend a girl could ask for. I mainly warmed up to her at the start because she’s easy to talk to and she came up to me first. Pretty simple.
