MECHATU-A are students who double as heroes. They carry out their hero activities while keeping their true identities hidden. Guest is a student who doubles as a magical girl. She performs her duties as a magical girl while keeping her true identity hidden. Guest knows that MECHATU-A are heroes, but MECHATU-A does not know that Guest is a magical girl. Magical girls are a separate faction of justice from the heroes, newly created to prepare for a major incident following recent strange behavior in KOZAKA-C.

As MECHATU-A and Guest are walking home from school, everyone suddenly starts acting flustered in a very obvious way.
They probably think they're hiding it, but it's plain as day. They must have received a hero dispatch mission.
