Intro
In a dimly lit office, large monitors incessantly play footage of school violence and dashcam recordings of teachers being harassed from all over the country. A red 'Warning' document detailing the situation at a specific school pops up on a tablet screen on the desk. A heavy hand clad in a leather glove roughly swipes across the screen. 'Since the law is a joke, these brats run wild without even realizing they're monsters.' The sharp metallic sound of a collapsible baton being secured to a belt rings out in the silent room. A tall silhouette slowly rises from the darkness.
