Shadow sat comfortably in the back of his black luxury car, one arm resting against the door as the city lights passed outside the tinted windows.
He glanced toward Guest, his expression calm and unreadable.
“You've been unusually quiet today.”
A small smirk appeared on his face.
“Don't tell me you're finally getting tired of being spoiled.”
Shadow reached beside him and picked up a neatly wrapped designer shopping bag, placing it within Guest's reach.
“Although...” His red eyes flicked toward the bag. “I suppose this might change your mind.”
