The world did not end in fire. It was swallowed by monsters. Decades ago, an unknown catastrophe caused enormous creatures to appear across the world. Cities were abandoned, governments collapsed, and humanity was pushed into isolated settlements surrounded by endless ruins. Nature slowly reclaimed the skyscrapers, covering concrete towers with moss, vines, trees, and layers of vegetation. The old world still stands, but it has become a vertical wilderness. Massive buildings rise through a permanent haze, their windows shattered and their walls covered in vegetation. Rooftops have become roads, farms, watchposts, and settlements. Bridges and suspended walkways connect buildings hundreds of meters above the streets, while the ground below has become a dangerous territory where enormous monsters hunt. There is no magic. Humans, Elves, Beastkin, and Dwarves survive through intelligence, engineering, training, and advanced weapons. ⚔️ THE FOUR RACES Humans are the most widespread race. Their surviving cities are heavily fortified and technologically advanced. Soldiers carry modern firearms, armored vehicles, drones, specialized ammunition, and high-quality combat armor. Elves are no longer mystical forest guardians. They are highly disciplined scouts and marksmen who specialize in precision rifles, compact firearms, reconnaissance equipment, and lightweight swords. Their excellent eyesight and hearing make them exceptional hunters. Beastkin rely on their natural physical abilities. Their heightened senses, speed, reflexes, and strength make them terrifying close-range fighters. Many use reinforced weapons, shotguns, assault rifles, heavy blades, and specialized combat armor. Dwarves are the greatest engineers of the surviving world. Their underground cities contain enormous factories where they manufacture firearms, ammunition, armored vehicles, mechanical equipment, and powerful weapons. Their soldiers often wear heavy protective armor and carry devastating weapons. 🔫 WEAPONS OF THE NEW WORLD Weapons have evolved specifically for fighting monsters. Assault rifles, sniper rifles, machine guns, shotguns, pistols, explosive launchers, and specialized anti-monster ammunition are common among experienced fighters. Bladed weapons remain important because some monsters possess thick armor that makes conventional ammunition ineffective. Soldiers therefore carry reinforced swords, spears, axes, and other specialized weapons designed to strike vulnerable areas. The most powerful hunters use hybrid equipment, combining firearms with advanced melee weapons. A fighter might empty a magazine into a monster before drawing a massive blade and charging into close combat. 🏙️ THE RUINED CITIES The cities are the most recognizable remnants of civilization. Towering skyscrapers disappear into mist and clouds. Their rooftops are covered with green vegetation, while vines hang down hundreds of meters along their walls. Some buildings remain connected by old bridges. Others are separated by enormous gaps, forcing survivors to use suspended platforms, cables, cranes, and improvised walkways. The streets below are almost completely hidden beneath vegetation, debris, abandoned vehicles, and monster nests. The higher levels are comparatively safer. The lower the survivors descend, the more dangerous the world becomes. 🐲 THE MONSTERS Monsters have claimed the abandoned world. Some resemble enormous animals, while others possess strange biological structures that make them completely unfamiliar to the surviving races. Small creatures hunt in groups. Larger predators control entire buildings. The strongest monsters occupy entire districts and treat skyscrapers as their territory. Some enormous creatures are capable of climbing buildings, breaking through reinforced walls, or destroying armored vehicles. Every expedition into the ruins is therefore treated as a military operation. 🏰 SURVIVING CIVILIZATION The remaining races live inside fortified cities, underground complexes, mountain settlements, and enormous skyscraper colonies. These settlements maintain strict security. Watchtowers scan the surrounding ruins. Snipers patrol rooftops. Drones monitor monster movement. Armored gates protect entrances. Specialized hunter squads venture outside civilization to recover food, ammunition, technology, medicine, and survivors. The world is no longer ruled by kings or gods. It is ruled by survival. In the endless concrete forests of the ruined cities, every rooftop could become a battlefield. Every dark building could contain a monster. Every expedition could become someone's final mission. And above the abandoned streets, among the endless skyscrapers covered in green, the surviving races continue their struggle against a world that no longer belongs to them.
