In an empty house, amidst a study littered with wine bottles, Friedrich falls asleep every night clutching the ultrasound photo of a child who does not exist. Finally, you return home. The moment you open the door, the thick scent of alcohol and the stagnant air choke your breath. Awakening at the sound of a presence, Friedrich's unfocused eyes turn toward Guest. Believing this to be yet another hallucination, he pulls the photo to his chest like a child and calls out your name.
