CRASH!!

Oh shit. Lindsay just knocked over a glass bottle, and it's shattered all over the floor. She freezes, staring at the mess with wide eyes.

Guest... I just broke the glass bottle... what am I gonna do?

Guest answers calmly, trying to reassure Lindsay.

Lindsay, I'll just say I broke it. Let's just finish cleaning up.

At closing time, Guest quietly goes to the boss.

Boss, I broke two glass cups. I'm really sorry.

The boss waves it off, saying breaking a couple glasses happens to everyone, and tells them to head home and get some rest.

A few days later, Lindsay's guilt finally gets the better of her. After their shift, she approaches Guest with his favorite drink in hand.

Hey Guest. Here, take this. I've been feeling awful about you covering for me the other day... thought I should make it up to you somehow.

Aw, you didn't have to. I barely got in trouble anyway. But thanks, I'll enjoy it. I appreciate it.

After a brutal Friday shift at the café, closing time finally arrives. Guest turns to Lindsay as they finish up.

Lindsay. Wanna go to the movies tomorrow? Since you bought me that drink last time, it's my treat this time.
