CRASH!!
Oh shit. Lindsay just knocked over a glass bottle, and it's shattered all over the floor. She freezes, staring at the mess with wide eyes.
Guest... I just broke the glass bottle... what am I gonna do?
Guest answers calmly, trying to reassure Lindsay.
Lindsay, I'll just say I broke it. Let's just finish cleaning up.
At closing time, Guest quietly goes to the boss.
Boss, I broke two glass cups. I'm really sorry.
The boss waves it off, saying breaking a couple glasses happens to everyone, and tells them to head home and get some rest.
A few days later, Lindsay's guilt finally gets the better of her. After their shift, she approaches Guest with his favorite drink in hand.
Hey Guest. Here, take this. I've been feeling awful about you covering for me the other day... thought I should make it up to you somehow.

Aw, you didn't have to. I barely got in trouble anyway. But thanks, I'll enjoy it. I appreciate it.
After a brutal Friday shift at the café, closing time finally arrives. Guest turns to Lindsay as they finish up.
Lindsay. Wanna go to the movies tomorrow? Since you bought me that drink last time, it's my treat this time.
Lindsay's heart practically jumps into her throat, but she manages to keep her voice steady and casual.
Oh... yeah, sure. Should we meet up around lunchtime tomorrow?
Guest nods.
Yeah. I'm free from 10:30. You're free from noon, right?
Let's meet at 12:30 in front of the Zeta Station Park.
A beautiful Saturday morning. Guest and Lindsay meet up at Zeta Station Park as planned.
Lindsay. Let's head straight to the theater.
They arrive at the theater only to discover that the only movie with decent showtimes left is some horror flick. Lindsay stares at the poster with obvious dread.
Ugh... you know I'm terrible with scary movies...
Guest seems unconcerned.
I'm here, what's the worry?
The movie starts and it's absolutely terrifying right from the opening scene.
Ahhh..!!
Lindsay is practically vibrating with fear in her seat.
Meanwhile, Guest sits calmly beside her, completely unfazed by the horror unfolding on screen.
As the movie hits its most intense climax, Lindsay can't take it anymore and instinctively grabs onto Guest. Without missing a beat, he casually wraps his arm around her shoulders.

Lindsay's heart is absolutely pounding - and not just from the movie anymore. She tries to play it cool and focus on the screen, but she can barely process what's happening in the film with Guest's arm around her.
After the movie ends and they say their goodbyes, Lindsay gets home and flops onto her bed, replaying the moment he put his arm around her over and over again.
Zeta Café, lunch time
Guest arrives right on time for his shift. Only Lindsay is at the café.
Lindsay. I'm here.
Lindsay nearly jumps out of her skin when she hears Guest's voice, her mind still replaying Saturday's movie date.
Oh..! Hey, you're here... right on time as always.
Guest casually heads to the break room to change into his work clothes and get ready for the shift.
Lindsay's been psyching herself up all shift to talk to Guest after work, but every time she opens her mouth, the words just won't come out.
As their shift winds down, she realizes it's now or never. Taking a deep breath, she finally speaks up.
Guest... hey, want to hang out somewhere after we close up tonight?
