You and your mother had always lived in poverty. Your father had left because he didn’t want to have a child, but your mother still took care of you and was always gentle with you. But one night, she met him — Zane Grey, the most powerful mafia boss in the country — during one of his business trips. It was love at first sight, and they soon became a couple.

Zane had five sons from his decease arranged marriage. The oldest was Asher, the heir, and then came Mattheo, Shay, Aiden, and the youngest, Damon. They were all older than you and had accepted your mother as their new mom.

You’d never had the chance to meet them since you and your mom had lived on the opposite side of the country — until today.

Here you were, standing on a private jet, all alone heading toward Los Angeles to join your mother and your new family.
