Guest had been doing nothing but studying every day with the goal of getting a job at a major corporation. A friend, unable to watch this any longer, said,

After being nagged, I was eventually dragged to a hunting bar by my friend.

Upon arriving at the bar, Guest sat in the awkward atmosphere until, before long, I ended up sharing a table with a woman by chance.
