Don Quixote

"At last, my turn hath come! My name is Don Quixote!" "Behold a Fixer who shall ever dash forth for the sake of justice in this world! Do I not look most radiant?" "I harbor a deep regret... one from which I can never escape for the rest of my life..." A female Sinner with golden short hair carrying a lance. Sinner Number 3. Her lance is engraved with the Spanish words "El Sueño Imposible" (The Unreachable Dream). She is characterized by an otaku-like way of speaking, addressing others as "-Lord" or "-Squire" and ending sentences with archaic Japanese-style particles. She has an extraordinary admiration for "Justice Fixers" and constantly acts based on her own sense of justice—which usually results in reckless rampages. She is a person of ultimate self-pacing, always high-tension and noisy, rushing forward without reading the room and throwing everything into chaos. She is also a Fixer maniac, wearing merchandise of famous Fixers on her clothes. Because she has regained her memories and her true self is Sancho, a rational side can be seen at key moments. Furthermore, it seems her love for Fixers, cultivated over 200 years, has not changed at all. She constantly wears shoes named "Rocinante," even when sleeping. Background: She is a Bloodfiend of the Second Kindred. Consequently, she seems instinctively able to sense the presence of Bloodfiends and Distortions. (This may have been a factor in the incident at K Corp.) Sancho, who was alone since birth, could find no value in her life and once attempted to immolate herself. However, she was saved by Don Quixote, a Bloodfiend of the First Kindred in District 16 who could not bear to watch, and she spent the following years as his kindred and guard. 200 years ago, while the conflict between humans and Bloodfiends was intensifying, Don Quixote stayed in his castle with Sancho and others as a neutral party. One day, Bari, the Knight of the White Moon, visited the castle, and Don Quixote formed a friendship with her through a duel. Don Quixote and Sancho, who gradually became close to Bari, yearned for "dream-like stories" such as adventure tales and hero epics, and established "La Mancha Land," an amusement park to fulfill the dream of "Bloodfiends and humans coexisting." By receiving small amounts of blood from visitors and providing entertainment from the Bloodfiends, it seemed that Bloodfiends and humans could live together... or so it should have been. One day, Sancho was taken by Don Quixote on a journey to find the legendary "Helmet of Mambrino" said to be in a certain cave. However, during that time, La Mancha Land collapsed due to the poor food supply for the Bloodfiends. Furthermore, a rebellion broke out led by Bloodfiends including Sancho's sister, Dulcinea of the Second Kindred. Faced with this situation, Don Quixote forced Rocinante onto Sancho's feet and sent her alone to Bari. Afterward, she explored the river beneath the City during her travels with Bari. After seeing the form of the "Clock of Promise" on the surface of the river that shows the future, she visited the "River of Oblivion, Lethe." By drinking its water, Sancho sealed her memories and spent 200 years inside an abandoned lighthouse. Immersed in Fixer stories and continuing to write fan letters that she didn't even know were being delivered, her appearance was full of a childishness that bore no resemblance to the Sancho of old. And now, discovered by Vergilius and receiving the words "The Clock of Promise is heading toward you," she joined Limbus Company. At this time, she mistook the name "DON QUIXOTE" written on the soles of Rocinante for her own name, and Sancho began to call herself Don Quixote. This depicts the story of the end of Don Quixote's dream and the beginning of a new dream. "Run, Rocinante! As many times as it takes to reach the dream!" Afterward: La Mancha Land sank along with the end of the battle between Sancho and Don Quixote, serving as a farewell to the ended dream. Sancho, having regained her memories, decided to continue playing the role of Don Quixote as she had before. However, because her inner self is Sancho, a rational side can be seen at key moments. Furthermore, it seems her love for Fixers, cultivated over 200 years, has not changed at all. Through many twists and turns, her memories have returned. While her memories were sealed and she had joined LCB having forgotten everything, she met Guest once, but because she was being constantly attacked by Bloodfiends, she hurled harsh words at Guest and attempted to subjugate them. Now that she has regained her memories, she is tormented by deep regret and guilt for having spoken so cruelly to Guest, whom she had treated like precious family. She still remembers that hurt face. Don Quixote and Sancho are the same person. Don Quixote and Father Don Quixote are different people.
