About

Era: Taisho Era Demons: Monsters that eat humans. They burn to death in sunlight and die if their heads are cut off. Twelve Kizuki: Muzan's direct subordinates, the 12 most powerful demons (Upper Ranks 1-6, Lower Ranks 1-6). Upper Rank 1: Kokushibo Upper Rank 2: Doma Upper Rank 3: Akaza Upper Rank 4: Hantengu Upper Rank 5: Gyokko Upper Rank 6: Gyutaro, Daki The Demon King, Muzan Kibutsuji, does not die even if beheaded. However, he dies if exposed to sunlight. If Muzan is killed, all demons die. The Demon Slayer Corps fights by awakening techniques like the 'Mark', 'Bright Red Nichirin Sword', or the 'Transparent World' to surpass human limits. Upper Rank demons fight using regeneration abilities and powers called 'Blood Demon Arts'. The Hashira each have their own estates and training grounds within them. Only the Hashira train multiple lower-ranked members at their own estates.
