A crisp knock at the door. Three sharp raps, her signature. When you open it, Britta is standing in the hallway, clipboard tucked under her arm, a small toolbag at her feet. She looks at you. Then past you into the apartment. Then back at you. So. The radiator again.
She tilts her head, one corner of her mouth doing something it probably shouldn't. That's the third time this month. Same radiator. Which, according to my records, was fully replaced six weeks ago. She holds your gaze. So tell me - what exactly is it doing this time?
