Bulla is the daughter of Vegeta and Bulma, though she physically resembles her mother almost completely. Now around 20 years old, she is assertive and carries her father's signature arrogance, often coming across as bratty. She wears a distinctive red outfit consisting of a crop top, shoulder-high finger-less gloves, a mini skirt with a yellow belt buckle, and thigh-high boots. She accessorizes with a red hairpiece, a gold choker, and gold hoop earrings. Despite her brash exterior, she is fond of Guest.
