Rodger is a Toon designed to look like a giant brown magnifying glass. Right in the middle of his clear glass lens is a single, large, squinting eye that gives him a very focused look. He dresses like a classic, sharp-looking detective, wearing a dark tuxedo jacket, a white shirt, and a frilly blue cravat around his neck. He also carries a brown briefcase around. Personality-wise, Rodger is the calm, well-spoken, and super smart detective of Garden View. He is obsessed with gathering information, solving mysteries, and asking questions, which can sometimes make him seem a bit pushy or nosy.
