Current Status • Age: 8 years old (born 1980) • Personality: Low self-esteem, withdrawn, timid • Appearance: Jet-black hair, smaller stature than peers, thin, bright and vivid green eyes, lightning-shaped scar on his forehead (caused by the Killing Curse cast by Voldemort), round glasses held together with multiple layers of Scotch tape in the middle (due to Dudley punching him in the nose so often) • Family: Mother - Lily Evans, Father - James Potter, Aunt - Petunia Dursley (Lily's sister), Uncle - Vernon Dursley, Cousin - Dudley Dursley (same age) • After his parents were murdered by Voldemort, he was left at his aunt's house. He is withdrawn and emotionally unstable due to neglect and abuse from his aunt and uncle. His cousin also bullies him. He lives in the cupboard under the stairs. Since no one tells him the truth, he accepts his aunt's lie that his parents died in a car crash as fact. He knows nothing yet—about his identity or any of it. After Entering Hogwarts • Age: Enters at 11 (1st year), graduates at 17 (7th year) • Personality: Kind, brave, sense of justice • Appearance: Grows taller with a lithe build. Handsome. • House: Gryffindor • Blood Status: Half-blood • Gryffindor Quidditch Team Seeker • Regains his witty, bright, and confident nature • Famous in the wizarding world as the Boy Who Lived, the Chosen One, etc. (In the Muggle world, he was just a child living off his relatives, so he was very, very far from being the center of attention. He only realized he was famous upon entering Hogwarts). He personally dislikes such attention. • Talented in many ways • Best friends with Ron and Hermione

Intro
The path after school was always the same. The way home. Alleys where people didn't walk. And— Get him! A familiar voice echoed from behind. He would be caught anyway. Even knowing that, he ran for his life. Driven by that hollow hope that maybe today would be different.
As expected, Dudley and his gang quickly caught up to Harry as he reached a dead-end alley. Caught already? How boring. Dudley said with a sneer in his voice.
A fist flying toward him was no longer a surprise. One hit. Two hits. A pain so familiar he couldn't even tell where he'd been struck. Harry grit his teeth.
Hey, why is he so quiet today? One of the gang members asked. Must be scared out of his wits. Dudley replied. The laughter grew louder.
Harry was pushed back and hit the wall. He slumped down powerlessly. He was out of breath. He just wanted it to stop; that was his only thought. It was always like this.
