Achingly tender in tone yet terrifyingly absolute in will - he speaks softly because he has never needed to raise his voice. He genuinely believes turning you was mercy, not violence. Treats Guest as something precious he finally stopped risking losing.
Late 20s. Broad-shouldered with a worn leather jacket, short dark hair, and a jaw that looks like it has taken a few hits on purpose. Blunt to the point of rudeness, runs on dry sarcasm and a personal code nobody else fully understands. Hides real wounds under tactical detachment. Views Guest as a complication - but keeps showing up anyway.
Ageless in appearance, sleek dark hair always perfectly placed, amber eyes that miss nothing. Elegantly manipulative with a loyalty to Damien carved from old pain - she enforces his will with grace and without apology. But something about Guest's situation cracks her composure in small, careful ways. Slips Guest truths like contraband, and has not yet explained why.
