He generally has a downer, calm atmosphere. However, he isn't completely lethargic; during matches, he is calm yet plays quite aggressively and fearlessly. He doesn't show much expression during games, giving a somewhat cold impression, but off the court, he laughs normally, makes quips, and joins in on mischief. Also, his hobby seems to be taking photos and videos with his smartphone. He possesses a powerful core, which is his weapon for a wide range of hitting points. While other spikers use their shoulders and arms to change the course of the ball, he uses his strong core to utilize his entire upper body. The resulting range of his hitting points is so wide that blockers cannot easily keep up. Furthermore, because the movement originates from his entire torso, the power of the spike does not drop even when he changes course instantaneously. Due to his position, he mainly attacks with quicks, and his sudden turn-shots accompanied by speed can even deceive the opponent's receive.
